Income Realty Corporation was founded in 1978 as a commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm. Over the years, the company has formed 19 different investment partnership syndicates and many other ownership entities, through which it purchased and managed the properties for varying periods. We act mainly for investors, but also represent sellers, owners and tenants through all phases of each transaction, as needed.
