Tax advantages are granted by the U. S. Government to owners of income-producing real estate, often allowing the owner to pay no taxes on the property income, and even to decrease the taxes payable on income from other sources. Some overseas investors may want to investigate how long-term US visas or even citizenship status is possible as owners of such property.
